Bethlehem, PA
Bethlehem is located along the Lehigh River in the Lehigh Valley region of eastern Pennsylvania. The city was christened as Bethlehem on Christmas Eve 1741 and in December, 1937, adopted the nickname Christmas City USA. Bethlehem became a center of industry during the Industrial Revolution as the home to Bethlehem Steel, once the second-largest steel producer in the United States. Bethlehem Steel manufactured over 1,100 warships used in World War II.
