Professional Background
Prior to joining CWA, I founded Leathe & Associates in Portsmouth, NH in 2004 after serving as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of a New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) listed company known as a leader in the global life sciences marketplace. In addition to founding Leathe & Associates, I have worked in private equity, venture capital, commercial banking, and investment banking companies.
I have also been an Adjunct Professor of Corporate Finance at the University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics and was honored to be the commencement speaker for the graduate degree program.
Personal Interests
Away from the office, I enjoy spending time with family and traveling with friends to far away fishing locations!
I also volunteer and was an Incorporator, Director, Grants Committee Member, and the first President of the Marshwood Educational Foundation, a 501c3 charitable organization providing academic grants to students, faculty, and administrators of Maine School Administrative District 35 (MSAD 35). In addition, I was the Chairman of the Endowment Committee, member of the Executive Committee, and Board of Directors of the Senator George J. Mitchell Institute.
